To return product, you must CONTACT US FIRST and complete our CARD RETURNS FORM.
We accept returns of up to 25% of “unsold” fundraising cards, for a credit or refund, up to 60 calendar days after delivery of the product. Reimbursement made by check are processed within 30 days of the return and are mailed by USPS only.
For example, if you ordered 100 fundraising cards, you may return up to 25 cards for a credit or refund. If you paid $10.00 per card, the credit or refund will also be $10.00 per card.
Cards must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition,” without showing signs of damage in any way. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a $25 return fee for processing unsold cards. Again, you must return your unsold cards within 60 calendar days after delivery of the product to receive a credit or refund. Cards returned to us AFTER 60 days and WITHOUT contacting us with NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
